Revisions Policy
- Once the final deliverables are issued to the client, we allow up to three (3) revisions to ensure satisfaction and alignment with the agreed project scope.
- Revision requests must be specific, actionable, and submitted within 14 days of receiving the final deliverables.
- Revisions that fall outside the original project scope or exceed the three allowed revisions may incur additional charges, which will be communicated and agreed upon in advance.
Return and Refund Policy
- As a service-oriented business, we do not offer refunds once work has commenced or after the final deliverables have been provided.
- In exceptional cases where services cannot be rendered as agreed due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, a partial refund may be considered. This will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and will reflect only the incomplete portion of the service.
Important Notes
- Clients are encouraged to provide clear and detailed requirements at the start of the project to minimize the need for extensive revisions.
- Any dissatisfaction arising after the allowable revisions or outside the agreed project scope will not be eligible for further revisions or refunds.
